These natural variations make each candle unique and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, modify pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or cannot be filled. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund for the canceled order.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Orders will not begin processing until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Evolve Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
