At Evolve Candle Company, each candle is handcrafted in small batches with care using premium natural ingredients. Because every piece is made to order or handcrafted, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Orders

if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@evolvecandle.com. Please include photos of the item and the shipping box and a brief description of the issue. If we determine that the item was damaged during shipping, we will replace the item at not additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
