Private Label Form

Please Note: A minimum of 24 candles per scent is required. Includes your own branding, logo, label and custom scent. Optional vessel colors available upon request. Production lead time is 3-5 weeks depending on volume and customization. A 50% deposit is due to begin production; balance due before shipping. Private label orders are non refundable once production begins. You may resell private label candles as your own, but you may not use Evolve Candle Company branding unless otherwise agreed.
